INQ1(ink one) the so called social network phone is going to be on the 3 network soon according to Three.co.uk , has anyone got any news when we can get are hands on it in the UK? When you call three they don't know or will not say.

I read a blog the other day that said the review version they had received had a big bug in the facebook integration. Whether there was a bug or it was "user stupidity" I can't tell.
Australian customers have been told it is available from 8th December, as the UK was to launch first, it should be soon.
If there is a bug then things could get delayed.

Three have then now, I have one on order to arrive on Friday

Thanks for that, I would be interested in how it performs. I'm concerned that, because it is a BREW phone, it won't be able to run Opera Mini and other apps like Google Maps. I think its the first time a UK operator has gone for BREW.

Got my INQ1 today, so far it not been good going as three have messed up my price plan.

I thought I stuck a deal with Three as I was coming to the end of my 18 months and wanted my PAC numbmer so I could get a G1 phone from the other side.

Any way Three offered me a deal to stay and have now put me on mix and match 500 which was nice but given me Internet 10??? (this wasn't what we agreed), which I believe is 10meg a month.

They told me I was going to get unlimited Internet and no mention of Internet 10.

I am having trouble with facebook as I can not login, I can't make skype calls at all and skype chat wasn't working earlier today but seems to be at the moment.

Last FM loads with a blank page that says "No page title" ,

No google search but google mail seems to download then says unable to contact website due to a server error, Please try again later (12).

I am still waiting for Three to call me back with a reason for what has gone wrong.

How is it going for others using a INQ1?

I enquired in a 3store today and was told that the last.fm and Twitter problems will be cured by an over the air firmware update. There will apparently be further firmware updates over the next month or so to cure other issues and add some other features.

Seems to be their new trick,exactly what they did to me to lock me in an 18 month contract.Been arguing with them for 4 months,eventually given up

Im asking because Im in Ireland and 3Ireland have been advertising the phone as coming soon for over a month but still do not know when it will be available!!

I thought it was unlimited internet (1GB), not 10mb??
