Hey all you clever people!!

I have a couple of questions I guess...

Ok my daughter has an ipod nano, its blue and was brought in July 2007 and to be honest I think its only 4G..? I am not sure, sorry

I am looking to buy some sort of station that she can park it in in her bedroom to be able to play the music thats on it...

Can anyone recommend the best one I should be looking at?

Also do you think if I was to go the whole hog and get a new ipod as well....what is a good "upgrade" to what she has..?

I am sorry if any of these questions sound dumb..I do not usually deal with this stuff..her dad does!! LOL... but he is away for xmas and I only thought of these as ideas for xmas the other day

Thank you in advance.

ok, that's a second generation ipod nano. i don't have any specific recommendations for speakers but if you search for some yourself make sure they are compatible with the second generation ipod nano.

as for an upgrade, the present nano plays videos and has a larger nicer screen. but i think the one your daughter has is pretty nice and the ability to watch video on such a small screen isn't very useful.

a massive upgrade would be to the ipod touch (http://www.apple.com/uk/ipodtouch/) which can surf the internet by wifi, plays videos on much larger screen and has a lot of games available to buy for it. but it's much bigger than nano.

If she's happy with the Nano, I wouldn't bother changing to be honest!

What about this dock?

Gets good reviews and seems a great price!
