The great hidden antagonism of the week before the first nominations only became clear when Adele gave her reason for nominating Kate. The reason given was that she thought Kate wanted Jade. The logical inference was that Adele fancied /wanted Jade. Given that Jade said bad things about everyone (name one she didn't?) and repeated ideas Adele dropped into her "brain" you can't read much into the early quote about Kate - she always said what she thought her listener wanted to hear.
The Jade - Adele- Alex-Kate relationship is one of the less discussed features of BB3 but its arguable that the breakdown of the relationship between the first two in the quartet and the strengthening of the Adele/Alex -Kate bond that follows is what determines that Kate never faces Jonny in a public vote and that was the only vote I think she might not have won before the last couple of weeks.
The flirting thing is a nonsense - even if the word could be defined. Adele 'flirted' with Alex. Lee, Jade and Kate. Alex flirted with Adele, Kate and some would say Tim. He tried to manipulate Jade much as Adele had but, to be fair, it was hardly flirting .Jade flirted with Adele, PJ, Spencer and desperately even had goes for Alex and Jonny. Kate 'flirted' with Spencer and Alex and had a good relationship with Jonny and PJ. She liked Adele enough to build a good enough relationship with Adele to negate the major threat to her. Kate didn't flirt with Lee - she said he was the only one she didn't find attractive and her avoidance of Tim after she went out of her way to make him feel welcome was one of the funnier parts of the show. Lee believed that everyone should flirt with him though which is why he believed she wanted him too. Tim was even reported to be hunting Kate - but she prefered the carrot cake to the carrot top. ”

The problem with the word "flirting"is that really we need 4 different words to indicate the level of flitatiouseness involved-no doubt the Germans have those 4 words but we do not.
I do not think Kate ever thought she was into any serious flirting in the BB house -not with her known modesty and 10 cameras recording your every move.
(She was upset when she thought she had been filmed "exposed" running to the bedroom during "poolgate")
ie neither Spencer nor Alex -the only serious contenders ever remotely got to first base.(Monday/Tuesday)
She is just very friendly and is attractive to boys and girls in a natural way.(I have a friend who is very similar-it is just a personality thing and she just draws people to her because they enjoy her liveliness and company-that is it.
If the most heavy form of flirting is level4 well Kate is guilty of the mildest form (level1)both inside the house and outside.
I might call it-"excessive friendliness" or "serial gregariouseness" or perhaps "inappropriate acting like a nice human being"
Any way -that is my opinion and I am entitled to it thank you very much.
