You're right, I think, it almost certainly did happen repeatedly.
And she could trust Alex, the point is that he couldn't trust her. As soon as he realised it his whole attitude to her changed. Hardly surprising IMO.

I think that Alex and Kate were both equally unlikeable and that BB3 should have been won by Lynne.

and BB4 should have been won by that girl that got rejected because her video was not very good.

and BB3 should have been won by Tim because he was so kind to Katie on that one occasion.

That's what Lee said isn't it. He'd seen her try to flirt with him until he told her he had a girlfriend and then she ignored him. And he'd also seen her "flirt" with all the other blokes. So he knew what to think about her.

I like Kate and found Alex entertaining, but I agree that of all 14 BB3 housemates I'd choose Lynne to win. She was magnificent - I loved her.

The housemates' choice in Week 1 was the most spectacular bungle in BB ever. As Jade got on my nerves more and more as BB3 trundled on, I mourned their decision ever more.

I am now doubting you watched much of BB3 in the first week or two-Kate "flirting "with Lee-impossible-just not on.
Apart from the school playtime thing when all the girls flirted with all the boys and there was even Girl-Girl and Boy -Boy action but apart from that -just No No NO.
(and Alex listened to Lee?-was that what it was all about-say it aint so Joe)

I thought of something we can all agree on-I assume they have archived the transmitted BB3 but have they kept the second story that they tape and edit together but then at the last minute the producer decides which one to show and which not.
If they have kept the second story they must have loads of unreleased material.(I assume they do not keep each camera full stock)

So assumimg they get the releases from the BB3 contestants they could show "BB3 Gold"on some cable channel with all the extra bits -in"real time" and even say BBLB at night when they are asleep.

mainly coz live coverage for that was practically next to nothin, plus more limited highlight shows. So most of it 'd be new not previously shown.
unlike with bb3 or 4 which had almost blanket coverage, mostly seen before. :yawn:

The problem with the word "flirting"is that really we need 4 different words to indicate the level of flitatiouseness involved-no doubt the Germans have those 4 words but we do not.

I do not think Kate ever thought she was into any serious flirting in the BB house -not with her known modesty and 10 cameras recording your every move.
(She was upset when she thought she had been filmed "exposed" running to the bedroom during "poolgate")
ie neither Spencer nor Alex -the only serious contenders ever remotely got to first base.(Monday/Tuesday)

She is just very friendly and is attractive to boys and girls in a natural way.(I have a friend who is very similar-it is just a personality thing and she just draws people to her because they enjoy her liveliness and company-that is it.

If the most heavy form of flirting is level4 well Kate is guilty of the mildest form (level1)both inside the house and outside.
I might call it-"excessive friendliness" or "serial gregariouseness" or perhaps "inappropriate acting like a nice human being"

Could never quite work out why Kate and PJ never got it on-inside or outside the house-they seemed such good mates towards the end of week7-they always seemed the most suited to me.

As for flirting, there certainly are degrees. Kate flirted with all the blokes in the house who would let her. She did the mildest flirting with Jonny and PJ - understandably, because she didn't fancy either of them. Short of full sex, she did absolutely everything with Alex - unless you think putting your hand down a bloke's trunks and "fiddling" with him is mild flirting for instance - and its on tape.

Still, you can choose to believe what you like of course. Just don't expect others to be persuaded by it.

Have a look at your tape again darling, I believe there is only Kate, Jonny, Jade, Tim and the biggestFiddler Alex, left in the house. Alex grabs Kate onto his back and brings her over to the sink pretending to put her head into the sink. When he gets to the sink, he feels her private parts with his fingers!.

I must just add that Kate wasn't particularly drunk, certainly no more than Alex was. And you fail to mention that she stayed on his back for ages afterwards with him trying everything short of hurting her to get her off. Far from minding him touching her, she had no objection whatsoever, in fact she liked it.

When he finally got her off she asked him to have a race with her drinking as much punch as they could and if he won "I'll do anything you like". Alex told her that what he'd like her to do would be to stop drinking and that he wasn't drinking any more himself either. That clearly wasn't what she'd had in mind so she continued drinking until she'd had so much she threw up all over the house.

Fortunately for her, Jade was there to rescue her from Jonny's clutches and to clean up after her. It would have been nice if she'd thanked Jade at any stage but, of course, that's not Kate's way.

Jonny was pissed drunk! That is why they had to call Jade.........(who by the way had stopped drinking after making a show of herself with her strip tease) .

When you are writing your next post, keep in mind that other people saw the show and know exactly what the behavour of all the housemates were like in the house. That is why Kate won, the viewer knows she was the best contestent.

Alex didn't nominate Adele or Kate because he didn't see them as a threat. That's how clever he thinks he is.

agreed or so it seemed from what was shown to us and Kate did not nominate Alex after he drove the Van in-(apart from the last one-which everyone seems to agree was a special case and everyone agreed with it)

I agree with all this from what was shown and from what I saw of it.
Except it was obviousely mutual as well-the van was their game (and our game)which they wisely kept "under wraps" as best they could- so that the other HM's did not keep going on about it all the time.

My only and main complaint is that Alex was two faced toward Kate especially after the last thursday night-his behaviour outside the house was rubbish and horrible and no doubt completely baffling to Kate -it even started at the wrap party I am told.
