Fortunately for her, Jade was there to rescue her from Jonny's clutches and to clean up after her. It would have been nice if she'd thanked Jade at any stage but, of course, that's not Kate's way.
”

How do you know? perhaps she did?

agreed or so it seemed from what was shown to us and Kate did not nominate Alex after he drove the Van in-(apart from the last one-which everyone seems to agree was a special case and everyone agreed with it) ”

Yeah right. Kate didn't nominate him except when she did. The only people who think it was a special case are those who would call black white if it excused Kate from something. Still, if it makes them happy.......

so I guess you wanted Alex,Tim Kate and Jonny for the last week.
what fun that would have been for everyone.
I suspect you are in a minority of one on that one.

There were loads of examples of Kate getting up close and personal with Alex, culminating in the final Thursday night when she couldn't keep her hands off him. I don't blame her personally but I won't have people re-writing history on here when we all know very well what actually happened.
”

I agree with all this from what was shown and from what I saw of it.
Except it was obviousely mutual as well-the van was their game (and our game)which they wisely kept "under wraps" as best they could- so that the other HM's did not keep going on about it all the time.

My only and main complaint is that Alex was two faced toward Kate especially after the last thursday night-his behaviour outside the house was rubbish and horrible and no doubt completely baffling to Kate -it even started at the wrap party I am told.

Was it that they all expected Alex to win?(with Jonny second kate having taken votes away from Jonny)
Surely not that petty.?

Unlike Kate, Alex isn't two-faced, a liar or a hypocrite. She said that she "only ever voted for people I wanted out of the house - people I didn't want in the house with me." Alex has taken her at her word and had nothing more to do with her. She should be pleased, she wanted distance between them and she's got it. Why is that a problem?

But that's the beauty of it. If she'd voted for Jade, Tim would still have been evicted. All her vote for Jade did was confirm to Alex and others that she was a two-faced, back-stabbing cow.

It would still have been obvious to everyone eventually, of course, but it would have taken longer.

but there was every reason to think that if it was Tim and Jade up for eviction then Jade would have been voted out. That was clear at the time.

I assume you meant Alex above for Jade.

Did Jade not vote for Alex and Tim in the last round?

Right so you strip a very trusting girl naked and pin her against the wall one night on national TV and less than 24 hours later you turn abusive and won't give her the time of day.
Good example to us all I hear you say.

Not a chance.

This was post-PJ's eviction when the crowd had howled for Tim's blood and when he was hearing abuse shouted over the wall daily. Jade, on the other hand, had become the tabloids darling and had made up much of the ground she lost in the middle weeks, when she (and Tim, of course) were vile to Sophie.

Tim was universally hated and would have lost against anyone short of Nasty Nick at the height of his infamy.

She's not a girl of any sort, trusting or otherwise! She's an adult woman in her mid-twenties. That's Tess of the Durbervilles you're thinking of Vilt, or Little Orphan Annie perhaps? Certainly not the manipulative, calculating, Kate.

And as for stripping, nobody in their right mind who was a bit bothered about being naked would go into the BB house in the first place. Kate wasn't in the slightest bit bothered about it - or, indeed, going considerably further with Alex as she proved on many occasions - but she felt it made good theatre to act as if she was. I expect she also hoped that it might make him look bad to the gullible amongst us if she pretended to be upset.

She's getting acting lessons now, I understand, so she should be more convincing in future. If not, she'll be demanding her money back I expect.

You really like Alex-and that is cool-I like him also.
I just do not see that attacking Kate continually -helps him in any way-quite the contrary I believe.
You like Alex but is there a bit of Kate in there too?

Let me help. Assume the position. Strobes are running.

Think Alex Alex Alex Alex………………Kate.
Think Alex Alex Alex Alex………………Kate.

Relax into it.In your own time.

Sophie: "I wonder if they have set that nuclear bomb off in Pakistan?"

Alex: "They would have told me if they had of done, because I put that on my.. ehm.."

Sophie: "what?"

Alex : ".. on my list of things to be told.. oh no they wouldn't cause I said any terrorist activity in America and er.. Europe I want to know about"

Sophie: "India is not Europe"

Alex: "yes, it's not.. so they wouldn't"

Sophie: "but when we all came in here, India and Pakistan were threatening to nuclear bomb each other"

Alex: "Yeah, but they know they won't.. they all say that but they wouldn't risk doing that"

Jade: "No disrespect, but I know they are all people....."

Tim: "What's the word? The most powerful weapon we have is the nuclear bomb cause we never ever use it..... You kill yourself if you use it"

Alex: "I won't say which side, but I'd imagine one side would be a lot happier than the other"

Sophie: "You look at the Taliban, they didn't care about killing themselves for their own country"

Tim: "How can they use a nuclear bomb if they don't have one? Anyone who has a nuclear bomb has the brains to know to never use it, that's just fact"

Alex: "Some countries don't mind dying for their cause"

Tim: "Well theoretically for Allah and all that crap, but it just won't happen"

Alex: "Did you know that if you die in the name of Allah you get greeted by seventy seven virgins? (pause) no, seriously...... seriously....... one of my friends......"

Sophie: "No, they THINK they are gonna get greeted by seventy seven virgins which you're not going to you're going to go to hell"

Jade: "When you're dead, you're dead........ how can you be greeted by........"

Sophie: "If they are doing it for terrorists, killing people then they are going to go to hell......... cause they are killing people. That's not good."

Alex: "Yeah, but we don't know that......... if they are going to go to hell.. I mean.."

Sophie: "COURSE THEY ARE! You're going out to kill people!"

Alex: "But for all we know........ we believe in god, but they say no it's rubbish...... but they...... we don't know who's right......"

Sophie: "Yeah, they believe in whatever they believe in....... but if that person is good then so they are not going to be wanting to kill any other people for them....... that's that's......"

Alex: "I was told that by my friend from Afghanistan, who said 'In the name of jihad.. if you die in the name of jihad it doesn't matter because you're fighting the holy war and you'll be greeted by seventy seven......."

Sophie: "Well I'm sorry but if anybody does that they should go to hell"

Jade: "Well how about your great granddad that was once in the war and he killed someone?"

Sophie: "Well then he's gone to hell"

Jade: "well I don't think my great granddad went to hell....... there is a reason for everything"

Tim: "Oh there is no hell....... come on........ let's get past that"

Alex: "I dunno........... this place is pretty close to it isn't it?"

i was reminded the other day of how when Adele was evicted to those boos-Jade actually got a whole lot worse in the house immedietely after.
and yet it seems that this was when certain tabloids changed their minds for some reason about Jade and started inexplicably supporting her behaviour.
At the time I only ever consumed bb3 by the live E4 and channel 4 progs(ie the actual house action+BBLB and none of the press or web etc-also none of my friends really talked to be about it at the time)
so I have a question-
what caused the change in the press??
