i'm now on my third copy of iron man on blu ray that i can't get to play on my samsung bdp1400.

the first two were american copies from playusa.com (it's not region coded so that wasn't the problem)

the latest i bought from asda. with this one the extras disk will load, but not the main feature. with the first two couldn't get either to load.

i know there was originally a recall of the first batch due to authoring problems but i'm now suspecting something else and i'm pretty sure if i take it back for yet another replacement it won't make any difference.

anybody know anything?

firmware update 1.8 may help ?

I think it must be Firmware related as Niall suggests, I have had this movie for a few weeks & it has played 3 times without a hitch (as have the previous 90 movies put throught it) I do however update the FW as & when available.

firware upgrade done and iron man works! many thanks guys
