Sticky Toffee Pudding - the day before??
I've got a couple of recipes for sticky toffee pudding. We'd like to make one for Christmas dinner, but I doubt the mix will keep overnight, will it?
I'd rather not have to make it on Christmas morning. Anyone know if it can be done in advance? |

According to this recipe you can make it a day or two in advanced:

Yes, just cook the pudding the day before. Warm it up in the microwave on Christmas day.
