Josh a Plant by BB
John Doc
25-06-2001
A caller on BBLB said that she thought he was a plant by BB to make them fail the tasks, and it has been quite true so far.

He got the only question wrong on the quiz and he didn't get to the podium on time for the dance competition.

Personally, I don't like Josh and thing he's smarm and sly and he tells too many lies.

I would tendto agree on this one as before he was voted into the house, he said "Thanks for voting me in."

The failing of the tasks just adds to the suspicions.

Come on, how many months did the world (well the UK at least) think Nick was a plant, and he "supposedly" isn't / wasn't

The thing that gets me is that they want sex in this series.... LIKE THEY WOULD EVER SHOW LIVE SEX ON BRITISH TV????????

Come to think about it, like they would ever show sex on British TV

I have actually seen quite a bit of sex on British television, especially on programmes such as Eurotrash. Where genitalia would be visible, however, it's generally masked out.

If Josh is a plant, then they would have to have fiddled the voting, unless all 3 were planned as plants of course!.

naw..falsifying a public vote would destroy all their credibility and the repurcussions would be terrible for the future of BB, which relys on the public voting.

The idea of Josh being a plant maybe isn't as daft as it first sounds! After the first few weeks, just as things were starting to settle down, in comes Josh! Who then proceeds to organize all these daft games, tennis tourny etc..
Hey! you never know............

Who knows what they are doing? Who knows if the phone vote is or is not messed with. You dont know, I dont know, so it can happen. Dont think just because it looks like It cant be done that it is not been done

In Germany, when they ran Big Brother 3, they stuck in a plant right from the start just to stir things up and get things going. The only difference is that BB told you at the start and you had to guess who it was.

In my opinion he is a plant and the voting was just a show. Why havent they interviewed the ones who didnt win and why hasnt dermot had them on BBLB???? Actors!!!!

Josh is a plant who will soon be uncovered and the voting out numbers will once again work out correctly to leave just three at the end.

Isnt there only meant to be three at the end anyway?

If he was a plant, then I think that CH4/E4 would need to be sued, as people spent money on their phone bills to vote for the contestant they wanted in. If this was a fix then E4/CH4 have wasted a lot of peoples money, and they could be taken to court of it.

If people have been stupid enough to want to vote more than once to vote someone in, they deserve their own high phone bills!

They were on BBLB a week after that Josh went in. I still think he is a plant though, due to the things he has said before he went into the house.

Phone votes have been rigged in the past. I remember that a couple of years back, Radiohead won best single of the year on Radio One, but the phone vote result was polled to have being Steps. Just becasue you see it all on television, doesn't mean that it can't be done and hasn't been done!

If Josh is a plant, would that make him a Joshua Tree?

(sorry, this hot weather's finally getting to me)

Katie.

Yes, but they also recorded each contestant recording a "I know I've been nominated, but please don't vote me out" pieces to camera before they entered the house.

Yup - I agree, but Josh said the "Thanks for voting me in." thing live on BBLB before the phone poll had closed.
