If Alexandra performs before Diana...
...I will scream!
The last time Alexandra performed before Diana in the running order...was week 4! Every week since Diana's illness, she's been given a slot later in the show than Alexandra and it's not fair. What Saturday should be: 1st / 2nd - Diana & Eoghan 3rd / 4th - JLS & Alexandra If Diana or Eoghan perform last, then I'd say they're being favoured by producers to sing in the better slots, especially as some have mentioned that there's an overlap with Strictly Come Dancing tomorrow...maybe that's just me. |

1. JLS 2. Diana 3. Alexandra 4. Eoghan |

I don't think it matters that much anymore. Votes are open after the first half, and so people are voting constantly following each second performance, whereas when voting wasn't open 'till the end of the show, it mattered a lot more, because the last few acts stuck out.

No doubt Diana will go first as she hasn't had that honour yet - or maybe not
I couldn't believe last week when Cheryl was the only one with 2 acts that they were both performing so near the end of the show. I'd like to know how they decide performance order as they certainly don't rotate it fairly... |

1 JLS 2 Diana 3 Eoghan 4 Alexandra |

What about them? I thought the thread was about Alex performing before Diana?
![]() So it's not fair to be insistant that Diana should perform first this week on the basis that she hasn't done it before, because JLS haven't either, and further more, they were able to close the show when it actually meant something to close it. |

It's not an issue now they're into the two song phase.
People pick up the phones after the first performance and can carry on voting right until the end. |

Diana's never been last either though, has she?
I genuinely can't remember.

You're referring to 'first' over all, I assume. Afterall, Diana's already performed before Alex, so it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Yep, she was last week for the first time.

People pick up the phones after the first performance and can carry on voting right until the end. Not explained in the best way, but hopefully you can see what I'm getting at. |

The lines opening after the first performance means that people will still vote for the people at the end- which will put them ahead. Then people will vote during the performances, so by the time it gets to the end, people are still voting. Then when its the recap people will remember the last performance more.
Not explained in the best way, but hopefully you can see what I'm getting at. Let's put it this way, if Alexandra is rubbish tomorrow and Diana is amazing, will you pick up the phone and vote for Diana? |

I do. But I think that most people have already made up their minds who they're voting for.

We're irrelevant because we are fans of the show and one solid favourite. Its the casual voters or ones with more than one favourite that hold the key.
Still, between four acts I really don't think running order is important. It's not like it's easy to get forgotten in the crowd. Much ado about nothing at this stage, if you ask me. Which nobody did.

To be fair, JLS and Alexandra should be last. If Eoghan and Diana are given the last slot it'll prove how much they favour the two

Peformance order really dosen't matter at this stage of the show though because people have clear favourites. Got a feeling JLS will close the show and Diana will open it, though.
