Hi there, last Friday i rang up o2 customer services and asked for the £7.50 text bolton to be added to my iphone account as i had already gone over my tariff and had a couple of weeks left before it begins again.
I went through to the customer service woman and through the details and i thought that was it.
Today i had a message from o2 saying 'you are now £36 over your line rental for this month, you do not need to do anything'
I then check my online account to see that most of this is from text messages ! It had not been added to my account.
I then rang o2 up and asked whats going on. She said no bolt on had been added to my account and there was no information that my account had even been opened on that day !
Very annoyed and will be an expensive bill for this month, £45 + £36 ish !
Not happy, she asked her manager and said there is nothing he can do, i would need to write a complaints letter and post it in.
I plan to do this but i would just like to know your thoughts on it.
