Blue stilton.
I had some Danish Blue on a rib eye steak last night as I was told blue chesse is nice with it, I found it a bit minty tasting and didnt really like it Has Blue stilton got the same taste? Last edited by Missy Fantastic : 06-12-2008 at 11:35. Reason: typo |

I find Danish blue quite salty - Stilton is less so.
I feel the best blue cheeses to have with meat are the creamier ones, such as Roquefort, Gorgonzola and St Augur |
