I'm nervous too! I just want to know the result!

If, after all this hype and build up, Rachel is still knocked out tonight, I'll be inconsolable!

And it's a very real possibility given Lisa attained equally high marks for her Waltz.

I know! They could lose the best dancer. No justice!

I have to agree.

Anyone who is unbiased and knows anything about dancing can see that Rachel is the best dancer.

Tonight she looked like a professional in both dances, and I thought both were fantastic. But then I have always liked Vincent's choreography.

Any criticism made by others would be directed at Vincent as it can only be down to the choreography since Rachel's performance of the dances was sublime.

As for Lisa's jive I am sorry but my daughter, who is a dance teacher, said it was woeful and overmarked.

Hey Sid! <smooch>

Much as I love R & V, I think their tango wasn't as good as Zoe & Ian, and Louisa & Vincent.

I'm delighted that they are top of the leaderboard and hope they don't end up in the dance-off. But if they do I'm a little more optimistic than I was last night. Still keeping everything crossed.

Even your legs!?

<smooch> x

I'm off to watch their Tango again!

Vincents Chrorography is brilliant and the dancing is almost perfect but there is a coldness about the way Rachael dances and therefore the dances lack the x-factor for me

I think they are one of the best pairs we've had on the show in ages. Love watching these two

Don't you think that has picked up in recent weeks?

The timing was not out, it was spine tingling. She looked stunning. A long dress is required for the tango, the Argentine tango would possibly have a shorter dress. The dresses are not chosen by the professional and are chosen at the start of the comp. I would say perfection.

I obviously watch a different show than you. Rachel's Tango was good, but not great (she even admitted to timing issues) and the Cha Cha was stilted, however she doesn't deserve to go, as Austin was the weakest dancer this weak

I will be honest and say it had until this week and it was missing again ... well for me anyway

I agree. They are a fabulously matched couple. I think that Rachel's performance is perfectly understated in the ballroom and was perfect tonight in the latin. Her performance improved significantly tonight.

bandy legs and steps out of sequence thats what he is trying to hide, i expect to see the feet move not the floor and a dress designed to cover the feet up,

Absolutely Beer.

Rachel has injected more life into her performances. She no longer dances just with her feet. She dances with her soul.

I also feel that she and Vincent have the best rapport out of all the couples.

I think the longer dresses look beautiful.

I would think that if that was the case the judges would have recognised that long ago. The judges has said that technically she is the best dancer.

any help?”

This is why I didnt like it, I thought her tango was a bit too gentle and not aggressive enough.
I prefered her cha cha cha.

I agree with you-I think that all the couples have been able to express themselves in the dances now-add personality to the moves.

I think Vincent understands Rachels subtlety and plays to that and she is delivering for him.

That tango was awesome. So much intimacy!! (shout out for Toms foxtrot too! The bloke has won me over!)

I think Rachel's performances have significantly improved over the last four weeks or so.

She has come 'out of herself' alot. But, that said, I feel she is in touch with who SHE is, and she comes from there. She doesn't act - the passion and tenderness she displays does always come from her. Well done Rachel. I am really pleased with tonight. What I see is her increasing confidence in herself - and Vincent has had a lot to do with that.

Yeah that's what I love about her. I have liked her from the beginning but recently it's really blown me away. So great to watch.

The other contestants appear to be too technical or dull.

I think I liked the whole combination of song/dance/performance.

I liked the nuances of Vincent's choreography, but then I also adored Matt and Alesha's AT from last year- which wasn't as killer as Mark and Karen's.

I'm a softie! lol.
