Was TRULY MAGICAL!!

It deserved 40 IMO! yep IMO! craig gave more for a lot less.

The technique and performance were amazing to watch, I held my breath! She was stunning! technially with the footwork and the complexity was phenomenal!

I hope people vote on the dancing, and lisa, I know brendan and he is passionate, prob more than he should be but he cant help it he truly cares about lisa and wants it to be fair and on the dancing which he sees it isnt with the judges this year, but can I just simply say this is about lisa.

and she was magical!

Please vote....

It was a bit dull...almost static in places.

Lots of generously marked dances tonight and none more so than this one.

They kept Lisa and Tom on 39 with Craig holding back in case Rachel's tango was perfect, to give it 40, but Craig spotted a technical error, an d it got 39, with 9 from him.

If she had gone last, Lisa might well have got 40.

Good point peter!

I will say when was the last time lisa went last?

It wasn't complex. It was simple, and competently done. Didn't deserve any 10's imo.

Lisa & Brendan's Waltz was so beautiful, loved it Nearly had tears in my eyes.It did deserve 4 10's,as did Tom's Foxtrot .I think LIsa has only gone last once the whole series.

Waltz isn't meant to be complex! It's meant to be simple and executed perfectly and it was.

Left me bored and completely cold, even if it was technically brilliant. I much preferred Tom's foxtrot.

I agree, I was responding to the original poster raving about it's complexity.
It was executed well, but I didn't find it engaging at all. JMHO!

Absolutely agree! It was complex choreography that Lisa made look easy. Also it was very slow music, and it is very difficult to control a very slow waltz, but B&L controlled it beautifully.

Magical? Yes.

Did I vote? Yes (dreading the phone bill though!)

It was beautiful, my dance of the night followed by Tom & Camillas foxtrot

It was well and truly beautiful! My second best dance of the night. But the best waltz of the series.

It was overmarked. Not only it was a bit boring, but Lisa lost her balance and wobbled 3 or 4 times. The sort of thing that you shouldn't see after week 4.

The waltz was excellent but I have to say I thought the jive was extremely enjoyable.

Oh what a Waltz.

Best of the series for me, 40 all the way!

Rachels was even more basic, if you havent danced it basic isnt easy to do well....

Yes, it was the correct tempo. Rachel and Brendan's waltz (the other week) was too fast which made it easier for them but they weren't marked down.

And tonight, Rachels's Cha Cha was too slow.

So well done Lisa and Brendan for having the courage to do beautiful and true dances. I thought their waltz the best of the series (closely followed by Tom last week). I don't care about the 'highest scoring ever' rubbish that Tess puts out because that is just what is '''''''''''''''''''''''''' rubbish! Rachel's tango tonight better than Zoe's, I don' think so.

It was nice but a bit boring and certainly overmarked

I wanted to like it, but I thought the judges went OTT about it, and I thought it lacked the polish of Tom's Foxtrot and Rachel's Tango. Of the three 39/40 dances, I'm afraid I thought Lisa's was the least spectacular.

I just don't rate these two. Their dances tonight did little for me too.

Didn't think it was technically brilliant. It was OK, a bit understated, nothing wrong in that though. She missed lots of heal leads but Len must have been asleep! I'm a relative beginner, but I could have done that Waltz as well, especially with a decent male lead which I don't usually have the prevelige of! It was good, but overmarked IMO.

Nope she didnt, and she got the double reverse in perfectly!! No one else I have seen has! and kept the top line!
