Yes, of course she can - for libel but only if:
a) it's not true
b) it's not fair comment and
c) it can be shown to have lowered her in the estimation of the general public, leading to her being shunned as a result.

Trust Kate she's funny, they had Uri Geller on last week talking about David Blaine and Kate said to uri who was on about never meeting him. What do you mean you've never meet Michael Jackson in that snappy style of hers, Huh

It is very frustrating -it loses its effect after 10 tonight both in the jungle(?)and near maisies.
