Telly's Wife Swap bosses have a Major blockbuster on their hands - a celeb edition teaming Big Brother bumbler Jade Goody with quiz cheat Charles Ingram.

In an hilarious show to be screened later this year, Jade goes to live in the country seat of former Army brass-hat Ingram, accused of conning Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

A source for the Channel 4 show said "The show is absolutely brilliant.It's being edited - but it takes time because we just don't know what to leave out!"

The laughs started when Jade confessed to her Wife Swap driver that she had no idea where Wiltshire was. She'd already told producers that she was worried that she wouldn't fit into villiage life. But she amazed herself by charming the locals.

As well as putting a smile on the Major's face - she was a smash hit with his kids.

Over at Jade's Essex pad, TV Presenter Jeff made an even bigger impression on Diane, 39 persuading her to go on an Essex girls' club night.

An insider said "Viewers will have a great time watching. We're sure this will be the Biggest hit for Wife Swap".

How exactly does being convicted of fraud make one a celebrity?

Major Ingram has just been found guilty of insurance fraud too, yet to be sentanced.
Wonder if they will still show this prog if he gets put away.

I liked Jade in BB3, (ok I know, a lot didnt). I thought she made BB3 absolutly unmissable.

Just to reiterate - the Jade/Ingram Wife Swap will be screened on Nov 11 - which means it will probably be the finale of series 2 of Wife Swap.

Jade tells Ingram to change his image. "You look like you're 49 and you're 39. If a tracksuit is good enough for David Beckham, it's good enough for you."

Later, after cooking Sunday lunch for Ingrams' family and friends, Jade has had enough of his wife's traditional housewifely burden.

"Well done, you've walked the ******* dog," she bellows. "All you waffle on about is bloody Millionaire."

And when she hears Mrs Ingram has complained about the "noise" and lack of routine in her and Brazier's lives, she accuses her rival of being a "stuck-up snob".

But, despite the culture clash, the couples find they have learned a thing or two from the experience.

Jade admits: "Charles is nothing like I'd imagined him to be. I've learned to stop judging people before I meet them."

And Ingram admits Jade has revised his opinions on several fronts. "We are besotted with timing in this family. I'm very regimented and I don't want to be."
