Alexandra will win and then we'll have her fantastic voice throttled out from all radios!

But it's same old, same old. Excuse me if I'm a trifle dense, but we've already got Leona etc etc! Do we need another?

I was gutted tonight when Diana went, couldn't stand her in the beginning, but got to know that she was DIFFERENT, and that's what we need in the charts these days instead of listening to the same drawled out song. Rhydian is a touch different I suppose but Alexandra, fantastic voice, huge sob story every week and NO CHANGE!

Totally 100% agree with you. It would have made a refreshing change to have a winner who can give us something different this year. Diana was the only one that could.

LMAO... Sob story hey? Do ya ever hear her talking about her gravely ill mother, unlike Daniel who used to use his wife to win votes.

Thank you Clive, I don't know if I can stomach next week's X Factor and the build up to Alex winning. Credit to her of course, but I'm fed up of her whinging in interviews and she is no different than most of the female singers out there!

But again our lovely GBP will vote for her voice but truly she doesn't have the X Factor!

Not over at all. Eoghan will have plenty to say about that.

Daniel didnt ALWAYS use his wife, but I agree he did to a certain extent. We've all had family devestations we've all lost people we love, I could give you a list of mine, but I won't because I'm sure you've suffered the same.

The X Factor is all about talent , not about winding the GBP up to a sympathy vote!
alex is very talented but hasn't got the X Factor!

I'd be so happy for him to win because he is different, I just hope it's not Alex, same old, same old!

If Alex wins, the Leona comparison is all too easy to do, and Alex will lose on all counts, apart from personality, but even that is a fairly close call.

Yeah, of course she was.......

Its a shame Simon etc picked the song for her winning the show before the game was over though. Ever been had.........I think many have been had, well and truly. Amanda even wears no shoes too!!

How on earth is Eoghan different? He's a young lad who can just about sing in tune, and can't do much else. Gareth Gates... Leon Jackson... we see these lads EVERY YEAR, and I fail to remember 90% of their names. That's how different he is

Hope you're right, I can't be doing with another 'samey' on the radio when I'm driving to work...I'll probably fall asleep!

The difference is that Eoghan sings like a young lad which is different and Alexandra is just bore-interesting!

So a young lad who can only just carry a tune is "different"... whereas a girl like Alexandra who has a brilliant voice and is a true performer is boring?

Twisted logic, I can't say I understand it but each to their own

I don't really see Alex as another Leona...and the arguement that she'll produce the same old stuff annoys me.

Leona was more of the Whitney/Mariah diva mould whereas Alex is better compared to Rhinana or Beyonce. Leona was all about the voice (stunning as it was) Alex can't sing as well but IMO is probably the better performer.

I think Leona has the ballads locked up but Alex could provide us with some up-tempo diva stuff...think Beyonce, Brandy, Pink (before she went all Rock chick)

Exactly! You've just listed all the up-tempo divas and I'm know there are more, so let's have a change eh?

No twisted logic, just let's have a winner who has the X Factor and not the same old diva. Alex has a fantastic voice, but is the same as other artists in her league, let's give Jo Bloggs a chance for once?

True performer? only when she's crying, otherwise she's as dull as dishwater, and would be perfect on Stars In Their Eyes.

She has a good voice, but no better than thousands of backing singers around the world. Ten a penny really... Best voice left, yes - does she have the X Factor? Not in a million years!! Totally forgettable, and if she wins, it's more by default because of the poor quality acts in the final... she's not in the same league as Leona or Shayne Ward (and I wasn't overly fond of either!).

It's probably best we let Eoghan win anyway - can you imagine what he'd do if he loses!!!

Don't put Alex in the same sentence as the untalented Rihanna!!!

Even Diana was better than Rihanna!
