Due to allergy situation for family member I need to change to dairy, yeast and wheat free. Now that is not a problem in most areas, meat and veg is okay for tea/dinner and cereal and soya or rice milk for breakfast. But Lunch!
I really need to find a bread so that I can make sandwiches for lunchboxes. I can find wheat alternatives, but how do I make it into bread without yeast? What can i use as a rising agent? Anyone got any totally dairy free recipes I can try?

ok so after a bit of playing in the kitchen I have made a bread that fits the bill. It makes a good wrapper for sandwiches, toasts, tastes quite good, and is food intolerance friendly.

If anyone needs the recipe, if they pm me, I will send it to them.
