Award marks for the cliché/ phrase you least want to hear again. Add your own.

1 2 dances in 1 week is so hard.
2 The best thing about Strictly is (insert name of partner).
3 He/ she and I will be best friends for life.
4 I can't believe how much I love it.
5 It's taken over my life.
6 I'll be devastated if I have to leave this week.
7 I'm not doddery etc etc
8 The CHAR CHAR CHAR
9 SevERRRRRN!
10 Typical sportsman's performance!
11 Well, the audience loved it!
12 Just get your shirt off. The ladies love it.

The most difficult Latin dance is:

Well, pick 1 out of cha cha, salsa, samba, jive blah de blah.

Not forgetting the most difficult ballroom.
That would be the waltz. No, the VW. No, the foxtrot. No, the QS. No.....

'When will the judges ever learn'

'It's obvious that the judges want Austin / Lisa / Rachel / Tom / Dick / Harry / Bruce / Beyonce...in the final'

'Brendan's just speaking his mind / only being honest / telling it like it is...'

'I didn't feel any emotion / get any connection / feel the earth move / <some other vague intangible excuse for pointless criticism>'

Craig - I can't believe a *sportman of your choice* can dance.

Why? Darren Gough and Mark Ramprakash won, Colin Jackson and Matt Dawson reached the final, John Barnes and Peter Schmeichel finished 7th but both had one outstanding dance.

Len always says 'you came out .........' before he is about to give a backhanded compliment. As if they should be awarded a seVEN for just coming out onto the dance floor.

Thanks, everyone.

SCD just cries out for a Dawn and Jennifer parody.

Only - it's already so cheesy that perhaps a parody would be impossible. The judges already send themselves up with all that posturing. At least I HOPE that they don't really believe half the rubbish they say!

I'd ban them all from saying "2 dances in one week is so hard", so many soundbites featuring that is so boring.

Can I add a word to the banned list, "amazing", its the only adjective that seems to come out of Rachel's mouth, grrr.

'This is the best thing I've ever done'

Really better than winning the world cup, european championships, european cup, being world record holder, olympic champion, playing for England, being number one in the charts, being in the biggest soap on TV or getting married and having children.

(... insert dance here...) is my favourite dance. (Even tho something else was their favourite dance last week.)

Len: some dances just don't suit some people (ie you were rubbish but since I like you I'll ignore that and mark up)

Anything alliterative from Arlene
