Sorry if this has been asked and answered elsewhere, but does anyone know how the semi-final will work? Will there still be a bottom 2 with the judges deciding who to keep or will it all be based on the public vote? Or don't we know? I think it could make quite a difference...
How will the semi-final work?
Same as before, bottom two, dance-off, two remain for the final. They should bring back John Sergeant to make a threesome final. After all, he has never been eliminated.
Don't forget: the result show will be on the same night!!! so no need for spoilers, etc. So do your shopping early and don't make plans for afterward

What a farce - will the final be between the two acts which the public have clearly demonstrated they like the least over the last few weeks i.e. Lisa and Rachel.
No doubt Rachel will be top with the judges and Lisa second - with the judges banking on Rachel coming second in the public vote.
Rachel = 2+3=5 i.e. safe
Tom= 3+1= 4 in dance off
Lisa = 2+1= 3 in dance off (with Lisa voted into the final by the judges)
If the judges vote Tom off (who has never been in the bottom two and is way more popular with the public it seems) it really will be a joke!

It would be the same scenario as last year - a person never in the bottom two gets voted off!
Actually it hasn't been confirmed that there is a dance off yet (I've read elsewhere that there might not be), so hold the presses for a while.

I don't think anybody could credibly claim that Lisa & Brendan have more popular support than Tom & Camilla & yet they could still go.
I hope this scenario won't happen - I have faith in Tom's ability to outperform Lisa on Saturday but it is a possibility that first Austin & then Tom go out.

please God no. It was bad enough loosing Austin, but no, not Tom. Lisa really has to go.
(WHat was that sulking all about from Brenden - he really is thick if he didn't realise that (a) he was VERY likely to be in the dance off, and (b) that his score of 39 ballroom would get him through.)
I just hope that it will be a Tom V Rachel final. I don't rate Lisa at all, and I don't like Brendan. He has no sense of humour. I don't normally vote, but I will vote for both Tom & Rachel next week. Then it won't be my fault if they don't make it.
If Lisa gets to the final it will totally ruin it for me. I don't enjoy watching her dance at all. I am sad that Austin went, as he offered something different. I like both Tom and Rachel, so I don't mind who wins, as long as it isn't Lisa.

Tom seems the most popular with the voters, but if he's in the dance off it will be with Lisa and surely the judges won't save her again.
If Lisa is better in the dance off, surely they have no other choice?with it being a dance contest and all!!
