Oh lighten up, it was hardly full frontal nudity.

Don't get all this bizarre 'family show' palaver - are people watching tv in a parallel universe? The first completely nude men I ever saw on tv were on Blue Peter way back in the 60s and recent BP stars like Gethin have taken their kit off at a moment's notice. There's been no shortage of gleaming male torsos on Merlin and Robin Hood and the SCD male pros have performed shirtless on occasion. In fact, it would be great if the wole lot of them got their chests out. But with notice, so I could make a screencap.

Agreed!

LOL at the over-reactions! People are SO disingenuous.

I don't like it and wish they wouldn't. I also think neither Mark nor Austin is attractive at all, particularly Austin. I do wonder when people feel they have to strip off to show off in this way, if they are trying to distract from something. Maybe Austin was trying to put a positive spin on his defeat - I was glad he put his shirt back on so quickly. It might have had more impact if Mark hadn't done it first.

In a word YES it is written into their contracts it is mandatory.

Could it be, Liza with a Zee, that you've unwittingly stumbled on the Real Reason John Sergeant Left Strictly??

In any case, surely this is sexism of the highest order? Didn't male viewers have a right to see Cherie Lunghi whip off her top and show off her bra?

Only when they're insecure and have really small willies!

But if a small willy can produce such beautiful children like Ellie-May, Daisy, and Bibi-Dee and what's the other twin's name? Well, then he should be proud of his willy - small or otherwise.

Well, I'm just disappointed that Tess wouldn't let Bruce follow suit! Too many buttons, not enough time!

I think free will comes into it. I am sure that Cherie is not that keen on doing this, whereas most of the male celebs seem really keen. If they wish to do this I don't think anyone should stop them it would be unkind

If they look like Austin Healey then yes.

In fact I think we should go the whole hog and have Strictly Come Nude Dancing, with males only allowed to enter.

Its been a theme throughout this series and the macho man argument alone explains the voting if its as per The People leak. Chests have been exposed at every opportunity - you suspect because people have calculated how many votes it brings in. Fortunatley JS had an enormous vote without taking his top off.........Austin shouldn't have given the game away though its difficult to disguise as amere side effect of the dancing when you do it so blatantly.

I'm sure they are beautiful little girls, especially if they take after their mother rather than their gargoyle of a father, but "Bibi-Dee"???? I think I prefer not to know what the other twin's name is!

Can I just say, as a Northern person - please don't lump us all together!!! Some of us are quite well mannered you know!

What I object to is being told what we should find attractive in a man. Mark and Austin with their chests out isn't it for me. Nor the guns. At all.

I've not been a particular Tom fan but on Saturday I found him far more attractive than the waxed brigade. Let's look at the evidence:

a) That tear in his eye after the foxtrot - but trying to hold it together. That was REAL emotion from him at last.
b) The cheeky way he stood in for stroppy Brendan. Kind and funny. Very attractive.

Plastic bodies don't do it for everyone - I suppose not all men find huge false boobs appealing.

I like a naturalness - don't care if they're pasty, or have a beer belly. At the end of the day it's how they behave that's the biggest aphrodisiac of them all.

Couldn't have put it better myself Mama!

Perfection is boring. I like a man that's a bit rough around the edges. It's essential he has charsima and a sense of humour. Those are extremely attractive qualities.

Tom has become increasingly appealing as this series has worn on - and I don't just mean his dances

I can appreciate Ramps more than Austin or Mark Foster. That shyness was his appeal.

But I love Darren Bennett most of all! He's a bit short, possibly carrying a bit of weight but I adore him as he seems sooooo kind and funny!
