Vitriol or Praise?
I find it easier to post text.....and I find it's more enjoyable and effective if it's in English and obeys at least some of the laws of grammar.
Praise and neutral. Never vitriol.
They are all doing very well indeed. It is sad when someone has to leave but that's the name of the game.
