Tonight on It Takes Two she came across really well.

I've never seen that emotional, caring side to her, and I've seen her in her different light.

She took defeat graciously and I look forward to seeing her next year

I've always been an Erin fan, but this really is the first year the emotional side has come through and I think its due to the close friendship she had with Austin. Feel really gutted for her, she looked so upset

I've always really liked Erin and thought she was indeed one of the better teachers on the show. She seems very good at adjusting her teaching style to suit the celebrity she's got.

It was genuinely upsetting to see her so crushed about leaving. She's usually very strong about everything and I've never seen her so upset. At least Austin seems very supportive of her. I think it's the first time I've really wanted to give a pro a hug!

I hope things go well for her as regards her wedding and she's back with us next year.

I've always loved Erin and never understood how anyone couldn't like her. I cried with her tonight, so sad. I'll miss them so much!

Ditto Claire, re: her wedding etc. She deserve it.

Really love Erin, she's an absolute sweetheart. Last year I was at a dance event by myself in Blackpool and when I went to talk to her and Anton at the meet and greet she realised I was on my own and immediately called over a group of girls she knew so that I'd have someone to sit with. Totally lovely of her and I hold her in very high regard!

I was so sad to see her and Austin leave at the weekend and I got a bit teary watching her getting upset on ITT tonight.

I think I've always seen a wall between her and the viewers, and that she doesn't really feel as warm as say, Kristina or Flavia are.

But I'm a converted fan!! I hope she does well next series!

Im so upset to see her go, until this year i wouldn't have said i was a fan of hers but she has really grown on me. Now the bbc have stopped branding her as "Miss whiplash" shes able to come across really well

Not sure where to ask this but does anyone know if something else happened to her over the weekend or was she just upset about leaving?? It seemed as tho there was more to it...

I was totally shocked to see Erin so upset, I've never disliked her but I've certainly warmed to her even more now.

Actually you've nearly persuaded me to try and get a ticket for her and Anton at the Sage. I just need some Xmas money now!

I've always been an Erin fan, and I'll miss her for the rest of this series
Tonight was really upsetting to watch, and so emotional, things dont usually effect me too much but I was very close to crying with her, especially after seeing Camillas reaction, and then Erin in tears.
Poor thing, I just wanted to give her a huge hug. xx

It was such an emotional moment .

Camilla bursting in to tears, desperately trying to explain how upset she was about Erin and Austin's departure was heartbreaking .

I have a really bad feeling now, that this will be Erin's last season.

Are you allowed to stay up late, or isn't it time to go to bed now?. Sorry I know this is offensive, but remarks such as yours normally come from teenagers that have not had a very long life, and therefore don't realise that people past 30 are not too old for anything. Ering is an incredibly fit lady, and I'm not one of her fans.

Not according to the person who does her botox.

That said, if I looked that good......

I suspect deep down, like the rest of us, Erin thought she had a very good chance of winning this time.

She seems shellshocked. As am I.

How rude can you be! Did you see her in the paso, her abs - they were visible to the naked eye. That was a really insensitive comment.

Does your mummy know you are out of your bed?

I've been watching ITT since it started and for me that interview has got to have been the saddest I can remember at this moment.

My heart went out to her.

Can no topic on this forum actually stay as a nice topic, without people feeling the need to dig at whoever it is they dont like, seriously some people have clearly never heard the expression if you dont have anything nice to say then just dont say it!

Anyway the point of this topic Erin, from the very first series she's been my favourite pro, I never got what people dont like in her, seeing her like that on ITT was not nice. I just wanted to give her a huge hug and make it all OK for her. She is such a lovely, warm person and seeing her cry makes me really sad.

I like Erin, but I'd have liked her even more if she had said that the dance-off result was total bollocks ...

(as bully Brendan would surely have done, had he and the undelightful Lisa gone)

I got upset again too.

Thought it was so sweet the way Austin handed her his handkerchief, bless him.

She's too professional to do anything like that (and she knew it was too late by the dance off anyway), but I do hope one day someone writes a book about behind the scenes at SCD - it would be a best seller!

I would love to see her back next year and hope she doesn't leave.
