It's probably just lucky guess. Because the Guest singer segment was done BEFORE the actual (Saturday) show. On the 'Sunday' show, they just played the VT of the guest singer back and basically filmed the rest of the Sunday show in sequence (except the pro dances).
If you read other threads on here with spoilers in their title you will see that the Sunday show is filmed on a Saturday.
I come on here on Saturday night to see who is out at about 10.30 pm as the result is usually known by then.

They always film the guest singer well before the main show goes out live on a Saturday. It's because of getting all the equipment on and off the dance floor. They also quite often film the pro dances out of sequence in the Results show so they don't have to rush off and change very quickly.

Why would they do that then make the contestants sit through fake interviews?
Every day there's a new conspiracy theory, but no-one can ever offer a reasonable explanation as to why the beeb would bother with such convoluted contrivings.
