What the best address would be to send a letter of complaint to? regarding the bad organisation of JLS's concert yesterday.....?
Im not sure which address to send it to ?

to the venue, its their fault, nothing to do with the group, producers or ITV.

yeah i am going to send one to the venue aswell. but do you think that the company didnt organise it then just the venue?

its always up to the venue to organise security etc, not the booking company, so just complain to the venue.

Not necessarily the venue. Find out who organised the flyers and the local radio adverts for the sake of 200 tickets. Whoever organised that was to blame.

That'll be X Factor producers then. Nowt like a bit of publicity for the act needing the most boosting for the final!

There was over 1,000 tickets, not even tickets just 1,000 available seats. They should of charged for tickets though really.
