Toshiba 32WL56

Hi the above TV has developed a fault on the screen, I do not know if it is worth fixing, I contcted Toshiba, as it is only 2 years 5 months old, the only thing I could get was it was not a screen fault, there is asmall black line appeared at top of screen it is about 10 inches long and it sags in the middle,it is only about 1/4 of an inch onto the screen, in the middle where it has sagged, you can see a little bit of the picture above it, many thanks STeve

To be honest, that sounds more like a screen fault than anything else.
