I seriously have no problem with any of the three contestants and will enjoy the final whichever of them makes it, but I thought I'd make this thread just because Tom might otherwise feel left out

I too have no problems with the final three contestants. I will be happy if Tom wins because it would be lovely for Camilla. I will be happy if Lisa wins because I think she has been really good in the last couple of weeks & has shown a vast improvement since the beginning of the series & I will be happy if Rachel wins because I love Vincent & hopefully everyone will stop talking about the Vincent, Flavia & Matt the Brat love triangle from last year (sorry, I know that's a negative comment but he really annoyed me).

Yeah, it annoyed me too but Flavia should've known better at her age - and for it to be SO PUBLIC!!!!

I'd fall asleep watching Rachel V Lisa. Which maybe a good thing as I need the sleep at the moment. I have four kids to feed.

Tom is my favourite at them moment. But a Rachel vs Lisa final would probably be a lot more tense as we wouldn't be sure who would win. I'd be happy to see any of them in there. I think they all would deserve it.

Vincent and Flavia (and possibly even Brat?) saw no problem in earning a little cash for discussing the whole incident very publicly in the national press, so I hardly think a few comments on one thread in a little forum are going to do any of those 3 a disservice.

^ Yeah alright fair point, I just think its a shame V and F's dancing is attached with comments about all that stuff from last year now. In that way I think it does do them a dis-service as it has nothing to do with their dancing. And gollygosh I just think people cannot help their feelings and I guess am not as judgemental about these things as some others.

Plus I wouldn't normally say anything I'm just in a terrible MOOOOOOOD today.

It was very unfortunate for all three that it all happened in public but I think because of the circumstances it was difficult to keep it private and I think as much effort was made as could be expected - when you are only ever with someone in the presence of cameras (and the few times you're not -i.e having coffee the press follow you and pap you) how do you exercise discretion exactly? I think if anyone needs to be critised for that then it's the likes of Tess who kept bringing it up and it hurts to say it because I like her but Claudia wasn't blameless on that front either.

Anyway like I was saying,

I've always liked Vincent & Flavia even after all the scandal of last year & I didn't mind Matt DA either (I did personally think, however, that Gethin should have gone through the week that Matt blanked out during his dance but that's a different story & old news so forget I even mentioned it) but I think Vincent has been like a different person this year. His "shaking like a leaflet" comment & when he fell off the chair had me really giggling & the emotion he showed when he & Rachel were saved in the dance off against Christine had me crying.

I didn't read all the stuff that was in the papers but I did read some of the stuff on here at the time & unfortunately, I think that's what got me so annoyed. All the Matt worship & some of the very unpleasant comments about Vincent sometimes made me feel . I'll also never forget when I went to the tour & at the end, all the dancers went around the dancefloor waving to the crowds & Vincent looked so lost & alone until the lovely Louisa gave him a hug & made him smile.

So I would love to see him do well this year even if it's just getting to the final.

Libra, I know Vincent got a few negative comments but Matt took (and still takes) a lot more negativity on here than Vincent ever did so I don't see where you're coming from on that point. All the people who take part get worship and negativity, it is upsetting yes but I'm afraid that is the way it is. However, what you say about the tour is very upsetting.

I would love to see him get to the final too. Can we please quit this now and talk about RACHEL and Vincent and Lisa and Brendan and Tom and Camilla as this thread was intended?

I think what bothered me about the Matt worshipping was how some posters were hoping for Matt and Flav to get together, even though she was with Vincent!

There's nothing much to discuss in this thread as it was pretty much created as a jibe to the other similar ones. This thread would have died a quick death if it hadn't been for the topic change.

I love Vincent too! He is totally open with his emotions, so expressive when he dances. I love his Latin. And him and Rachel are so good together. I think they move as one.
