I've just spent this afternoon working with a group of children who are performing a Strictly skit in their Christmas production! I run a drama group and the Head asked if I'd mind working on the Strictly scene with them. Would I?
The kids have now got their Bruce, Tess, Len, Arlene, Craig and Bruno impersonations down to a tee.
I cheekily added some bits of dialogue - all the judges were supposed to award the dancers '10' - but we had to make Len say 'se-vern!' ....then he adds - 'and three makes ten!'
Also - my daughters won't stop quoting Bruno from Saturday after (I think) Austin's Salsa - he held up his mark (a 9 or 10) and pouted - 'I liked it!'
So I snuck that into the school scene too!
An afternoon playing Strictly - A-Maze-ing!
