Did anyone else pick up on this?

I liked Austin, but he had a habit that really annoyed me. 20-30 seconds into a dance (though sometimes sooner) he would always look over to the judges table to check their reaction to his and Erin's dance.

Most off putting

And something else. In the same week ITT revealed that the Pro's are told what music they are dancing to, Craig complimented Vincent on his choice of song for the Tango. Heavens Craig, dont you watch Claudia!

Yep noticed it to, although it could have been Austin checking if he was still in time with Erin.

As I understood it the Pros give a list of songs at the beginning of the series and are told which song was picked from that list only after the "sunday" result show.

Ah I see. They didnt make that clear on the behind the scenes report.

And when you say Austin may have been checking his timing, wouldnt he be better looking at his partner for that? (I dont dance so dont understand why he would look in the judges direction).

True, it wasn't clear.

It could be him checking to see the judges reaction, but I have seen him look at Erin a couple of times to see if they were still in time and he was furthest away from the judges so I thought I'd point it out, just in case that's what you'd seen as well. If you have seen him watch the judges on other occassions I'm more than happy to take your word for it. Didn't pay that close attention

No its definately when Erin isnt between him and the judges. I will have a look back through all his performances when I have time though and make sure I am not imagining it.
