Does anyone kow how to update the EPG on the Technika TV's from Tesco's. There does not appear to be a manual update facilty.

I suspect it has poor middleware as the channel search facility is very poor at picking up stations when not on a main arial , (when compared with other manufacturers) . It looks like its been done as part of a student project.

I was rather hoping that by updating the software the situation might improve. Any advice out there (other than change the TV)

might not have anything to do with the telly

get an aerial upgrade ?

have you tried the terrestial forums as they are aerial spotters and can recommend indoor aerials to help you, I can only recommend outdoor ones

Thanks, I know putting in new main arial solves the problem, already looking to install a better indoor arial (with booster), I suspected the middleware because a Polariod TV with the same arial set up found all the channels no problem.
