No, but netiquette-wise, it's not unreasonable to ask people to quickly check before starting yet another thread on the same topic.

There's a difference between posting and starting a thread.

Difficult when new threads get seen by everyone. Unless there's a "ignore dumbass threads" button, which personally I'd pay good money for someone to develop.

Need, no, but it keeps me sane, wibble wibble wibble.

But there are pages and pages of threads, IMO not everyone has the time to trawl thru them all. Plus some threads start out as something else and then change into another topic. So that means checking every post on every thread to ensure you don't get attacked!

And surely you can mostly tell by the title of the thread what it is going to be about! Dont read it if it is going to upset you!

Not quite true, I've heard him mention on ITT before about how he didn't think any dance ever deserved a 10 but as long as they were being handed out and the scoring overall was fair then he'd take them!

Also, his comments about Jodie & Ian's waltz indicated that he thought that was overmarked but he was still trying his hardest to be a good boy at that point!

He was very complimentary about it - if anything he seemed to think that it was worth high marks.

Isopap, Brendan's comments about Ian and Jodie's waltz were because he felt it was undermarked but I think you probably meant to write that. It isn't the first time he has said this about someone else's dance.
This year he is merely trying to stay calm, which he has achieved with only one exception.
