I know this is not strictly on topic but since Aled was a competitor (and Terry on Children on Need this year) I thought i would post this here. Have you heard their christmas single? (and this years Children in Need single)

Its a cover of the Bing Crosbie/ David Bowie single Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth. I think its really good and want it to do be Christmas No 1.

I've heard it but I have to say it doesn't really do it for me. It seems to lack that certain something compared with the Bing/Bowie version. Maybe they should have asked John Sargeant to do guest vocals?

I think it's massively superior to Bing and Dave, who were just as publicity-hungry but IMO sang with a lot less heart.

Would love them to be Xmas No 1 and knock Leona and the latest X Factor 'least of 10 evils''s noses out of joint
