AV Senders - help for a novice required
Hi, I have what I presume is a really basic requirement, yet it's causing me no end of grief!
I have 2 TVs in adjacent downstairs rooms - no more than about 20 feet apart - albeit separated by a wall. I want to view Sky on the 3nd TV so bought an AV sender. The results were disappointnig to say the least, reception was, at best, erratic and when I'd decided to give the idea up as a bad job I also discovered that it had locked my Sky remote up and I had to turn the source Sky box off and on a few tmies to get it working again! Has anyone else experiened similar probems and if so, what is the best way to view my Sky on a 2nd TV? By the way, I already have 2 additional Sky boxes upstairs using Sky Multiroom which is great but don't need the extra expense or inconvenience of another multiroom - I do have a spare Sky box with the 2nd TV though... |

Have you got a wireless router for your broadband?
Ifso you need a TV sender that works on 5.8GHz frequency, otherwise it gets too much interference, my sky box would often freeze and the picture was adequate at best of times... http://www.play.com/Electronics/Elec...searchsource=0 I got this and it solved all my problems! Definetly recommend this model! |
