I recently sent off for a Quantum of Solace MP3 player from the Sun and I can't get the thing working.

I have followed all the instructions on the little booklet which came with it but I can't get music from it.

Has anyone else sent for one of these and had problems with it??

The Sun's attitude to the event didn't exactly go down well in Liverpool.

They are the number of people who died needlessly on 15/04/89 at Hillsborough for which justice has never been served.

We never even received ours. We never buy the Sun normally...the tokens came from our workplace newspaper. Still, typically scummy of the Sun to not even send the player out...and they kept the stamps.

i downloaded the music ok, just one track to see if all was well. it wont play nor will it switch off either, i have to remove the battery to turn off. i have treid to see if the pause is on and it doesnt appear to be.

To get mine to work i just press the play/stop button once and to turn it off i just hold the play/stop button down for a couple of seconds. It works the same way as any usb memory stick style mp3 player that you would buy from any electrical shop for around a tenner.
