Hi can anyone help me; I have the above phone, and I have put a theme that was in the phone when I bought it a couple of years ago; in fact I took out nearly all the stuff that was in it, and just kept a couple. This theme is called waves which is a nice blue, which I quite liked and being out of decent photos made it a wallpaper, and it has become a background basically which in itself isn't a problem, but I've found out every few seconds the waves happen which means its sucking the life out of the battery as I thought it was a still background & I'm having to charge up the battery every night as its almost as dead as a dodo. I've gone into the waves theme to see if I can delete it but I don't seem able to. I even put a picture as wallpaper thinking it would replace it but it hasn't. It just meant my picture was more blue that originally. When I open the themes in settings it just says 'select theme' 'download theme' and no matter what I go in there is no way I can find to 'delete theme' which is what I want. Does anyone know how I can do this. I know this is a longshot, but I'm sick to death of charging it up every day instead of the normal 3 days. If I had known it was an animated one and not a still one I'd have not bothered with it. I wish I'd deleted all the themes and basic graphics that came with it now. here's hoping & thanx in advance.

You can't delete it because its in use. All you have to do is select another theme (perhaps the basic Nokia theme) and away you go.

Ah the only problem I have with that is I have no other themes on the phone, so does that mean I'm stuck with it? or would I have to pay to download another theme from nokia or 02? I hope not lol!
Cheers,
John

I've just gone down into the display settings and it has wallpaper which is the pic I've put on, and this damn waves is down as wallpaper. Isn't there anyway I can stuff the wallpaper It seems crazy that it lets me delete all the messages from different folders but won't let me delete a damn theme on wallpaper
Cheers,

I don't know how you managed to delete the Nokia theme, its supposed to be protected. Why not download a free one from places like twilightwap.com or wapain.net
