Just to add at the start - this is NOT a Lisa bashing thread, I enjoy her ballroom dances very much so don't think I'm just taking a cheap shot at her!

However, in no way was her Cha Cha worth a 40 - thus striking to me that the judges want Lisa to win by praising and awarding her marks that IMO were far too high.

So now with the current leaderboard at 3-3-1 (same as last week pretty much), is this becoming a fix for Lisa to win?

IMO, I believe Rachel and Vincent should have been awarded the 40 for the latin and in no way was Lisa and Brendan's Cha Cha in the same league as Alesha & Matthews from last year for example.

I think that Craig wants Lisa to win. How can he say he marked Rachel's rhumba 9 last time because it was "lewd", then say it was less indecent this time and then give it 9 again...

I think it is obvious the judges want the two girls in the final and are trying everything they can to achieve this.

The way i've been watching it the past weeks, it seems Len wants Lisa to win, IMO because he seems to think she is best at Ballrom (which she is). However, what len is failing to watch is the fact she ISN'T good at Latin.

IMO, a Strictly winner should be good at both ballroom and latin and I'm sorry but Lisa doesn't fall into these categories.

Sorry but it is a public forum, at the time of posting I wasn't aware so many threads would have been made. if you don't agree or like the amount of threads on the matter, I guess you shouldn't really look at them ??

I do like Lisa, but it sounds as though the judges are steering the public to vote for her rather than Tom.

I'm sure they want Rachel to win - I haven't timed it but surely the VT about Rachel was longer than the other two - and more emotion packed???

I'm not trying to say it's fixed for lisa to win because i simply think out of the 3 finalists, she has the least amount of public support (IMO of course).

However, I do believe if the judges were the only ones to be able to vote, they would pick Lisa and IMO I don't think she deserves it.

At the moment I would say she was the second best dancer tonight. I know it's all subjective but, there was no way that CCC was worth 40. I didn't think her first dance was perfect either and, felt because it's the final they overlooked a couple of her stumbles.

Maybe they want her to win because she's the BEST dancer? Just a possibility.

your opinion is your opinion .. and i respect that .. the judges obvious have a couple in mind who they thought danced the best which is their opinion ... opinions are subjective

To a certain extent I agree.... she is the best at BALLROOM, in no way is she the best at Latin. And if you truly believe that, then the standard of Latin this year, IMO, is poor at best.

I thought Rachael was better than Lisa .... but they needed to get Lisa top of the leaderboard or she would definately have gone

In answer to the original question .. yes. I am deliberately not reading the forums tonight while I'm watching the shows. I was absolutely amazed that Lisa got perfect 10s when she stumbled so much at the beginning .. and the judges didn't even mention it. (I wasn't dreaming was I ..)

Lisa danced well, but her Cha Cha was neither in the same league as Rachel's Latin nor Alesha's own version of the same dance.

No, I noticed a stumble too. Also some timing issues in the middle (I feel like Craig saying this haha!) but as ever, Lisa can do no wrong and any faults are disguised with the 'most improved' comments. I do agree she is most improved, but she made mistakes in the Cha Cha and for them to not be picked up on and replaced with a perfect score, I just hope this backfires on the judges. Some of their scoring this series has been beyond forgiveable.

No I don't think so, I believe the judges are supporting all three couples. Anyway it isn't up to them now - though their scores were fair, imo.
