Bruce Forsyth's performance tonight.

I've always supported Brucie on here, but tonight was; "a song too far" he couldn't hack; "What the World Needs Now."

His singing has never been that good, just average. But as part of an all round entertainer's repertoire, it was always acceptable.

Tonight, it was an embarrassment and if he watches the replay, he'd have to agree.
I won't say it's time to call it a day, but there are some things that are now beyond him and are best left alone.

It was awful. I also have quite liked his light entertainment before.

You have to admit he's game for his age. Hope I've got half his love for life when I'm his age.

I thought it was pretty good, it wasn't just the song but the dancing. It was right for the show.

Quite right, puddytat, and also he has been ill with flu for the past four weeks, which is never nice but even worse at 80.

Anyway I enjoyed it!

Apparently he's not been well...but it wasn't good.

It was okay the first half, but tailed off at the end. Perhaps it was asking too much of him! He should have stuck to some tap-dancing which he can do quite well.

Still, it's the final and we've seen it all now!

Go Brucie!

Only one word for it really: Embarrassing.

I have to say that the only thing I don't like about the show has always been Bruce, I am sure he is his own greatest fan but I think Anton could make a much better presenter than Bruce and is just as proficient

Wouldn't he qualify for a free flu jab?

Considering his age, it is amazing that he's working at all. I admire him.

Good old Brucie is the best live entertainer around nowerdays, and has been for many years.
