What the hell was that about?

Because Jon and Kristina were too near the front of the stage...

Ironic... as Jon was the peoples champion and never voted off

Bruce said... "You're not the winner, John". Little does he know!

John is the real winner. Never voted off. Had huge support from the voters and the media.

He would probably have been the winner had they not forced him out.

That was quite cringeworthy to witness. Bruce was rather annoying this evening, I must say. Saying that to John was a bit unnecessary. It's not like he'd gone and lifted the Strictly trophy himself!

Ever the little politician, pushing his face forward to be in the camera shots...well done Brucie for putting him in his place !

Poor John - this show has treated him like dirt. Even 'lovely' old Bruce.

Very well put! John has been treated very badly. I don't understand why they do not treat the viewers favourite with some respect?

Will be surprised if his is not picked up in the papers at some point this week.

I think John came forward to congratulate T&C at the wrong moment and Brucie made a joke to move him away - that's all.

Agreed....How dare Brucy be mean to poor John, he's had enough cr*p to deal with from the show already.

Totally rude and uncalled for i.m.o. I don't watch SCD but tuned in the last ten minutes to see who would win after this week's stuff in the papers. John took a step forward with his partner and it riled Bruce for some reason. Maybe Bruce blames John for everything that has went wrong this year.

I got the impression that Bruce was joking with John not meaning it seriously.
Flubber.

I hope they axe the "comedy" contestants next year if this is the way they are treated.

Indeed but the entire production of the show needs a kick up the rear end. This year has shown it to be horribly complacent.

I don't think it was out of order at all. I liked John & Kristina but several times it looked like Johnw as awkwardly standing in front of the camera... Bruce was jokingly shooing him away.

Yes I am sure that was what he meant.

Wasn't happy about that, there's something ironic about Brucie giving someone else the kind of 'aren't you a stupid old man' comment he gave JS.
