I agree, I think Brucie was just trying to be funny, I took it as a joke anyway.

Thats the problem with Brucie's jokes - no one can tell if they are meant to be funny or not.

He wasn't trying to get to the camera - he was just stood their, sideways, not even looking and bruce goes 'your not the winner'.

John just looked bemused. It was unnecessarily rude from Bruce.

Although Bruce didn't have to say it in such a way, I was actually thinking it before Bruce said it.
All i could focus on was John standing right in the middle of the screen right at the front while everyone else was standing back.

Yes it was a joke, my guess it was actually pre-arranged, that is why John advanced towards the front so purposefully! It made me laugh anyway guys!

Brucie had got Tom and Camilla to one side and Tess was getting Rachel and Vincent to the other, when John stepped forward to be in the middle of it all and grabbed Kristina to bring her forward. It was like he wanted to be in the front of the camera shot, and not taking the step behind, the rest of them had done. Infact he was in the way of Bruice trying to talk to Tess at one point, that when Brucie told him off.

I didn't follow SCD but by the sounds of it John Sergeant was the show this year. Bruce was not joking with John as he tapped Tom on the shoulder afterwards and said sorry to him as in he was apologising for John's behaviour. I have replayed it and John wasn't even looking at the camera, he was standing sideways and holding out his hand for his partner to join his side. Bruce imo is peed off because it wasn't the result he was wanting and probably blames John for it all.

Bruce was right when John stood there any triend to bring his partner forward I was thinking your not the winner move back, compare his behaviour with last years other celebs..John still thinks he is the star of the show...not

John was actually in the way of Brucie try to do his bit with Tess.

Despite John being in the wrong place at the wrong time I think Bruce could have just ushered him back rather than having an outburst that will (no doubt) be a Sunday Red Top grabbing headline .

I have to admit that I was glad when John left the show, however, bullying to the extent of what has been displayed on SCD this year is unacceptable in any walk of life, let alone on a family show.

You could see John, in role as the attention whore of SCD08, was sneakilly moving towards the front of the crowd nearest the camera, and cleverly positioned himself right behind the trophey. We noticed him doing it right away, as did Brucie who let John know he was onto his little game in his own lighthearted way
