Hi Cat, great thread, have arrived loaded with goodies, lots of choccies, nuts and other seasonal things. Help yourselves........

Can't wait to see Jill again as she was looking really great on Saurday night. Should be a good show. Something nice & relaxing to watch after stuffing ourselves with food all day.

Happy Christmas everyone, enjoy.

Hi Sid.

Sorry I missed you earlier but I need to take a rain check. I'm already in flannel PJs and fluffy socks, just waiting for the kettle to boil for my hot water bottle before heading off to bed. All this work and no play is making Cat a dull girl but only for one day. I'll be back in party mode very soon.

Take care everyone and thanks for keeping the party going.

Hi China Doll. Lot of choccies means you are right in the middle of the party!

I'm also looking forward to seeing Jill & Darren's AS. She looked great on Saturday's show.

hiya! Cat, just dropping into let you know that the resident chef at Boz Towers, none other than the delectable Mr Martin, his very self, will be preparing numerous little horses doovers for our delectation. His puds can make a dieter crumble at 20 paces and the creme anglais is to die for.

Is dress optional? Will you be ok winceyette pj's and a pearl choker?

Hi Lady Boz. I like Mr Martin's pudds very much.

Regarding dress, you can wear what you like at this party. The PJs and pearl choker combo sounds good to me.

I'm looking forward to seeing Jill as I didn't catch the Strictly bug until Series 3 so I would love to see her dance something other than the Jive - and I've heard she's doing an American Smooth
I'll also be interested to see whether I find Kelly more bearable when she's partnered with Brian [/QUOTE]

yes I agree, I did n't see the series where Jill won but after seeing her dance on Sat she was amazing & stood out more than the others to me. I'm a tad bored seeing her jive so it'll be great to see her do ballroom.
I was one of the few that loved Kelly's dancing last year so partnering her with Brian is a godsend for me (I have a middle-aged, married woman's crush on him shhhh don't tell hubby).
I can't wait cos except for Tom & Camilla it's all my faves in this years Special (mind you they did redeem themselves with that magnificent showdance to be fair ).

Yay! I've finally finished all my boring meetings and can start my Christmas holidays.

Champagne all round.

Tangoqueen - get that Catsuit back on. You should definitely let Sid see you in that. You look HOT!

Had to laugh at the Christmas Special being on the 6pm news. Are the Beeb doing it on purpose for publicity or are they really that stupid?

Yule log anyone?

Are we going to go and sing some festive songs - bang on a few doors for fun (and possibly profit)

I'm sure that Catsuit will look even better on my bedroom floor (OK even I cringed at that one!)

Can't believe the judge's scoring went tits up again I bet it's because Len and Bruno were dishing out 10s to all and sundry. If they made more use of their other paddles, none of these messes would arise in the first place!

My eyes my eyes! Though I am sure you are a fine specimen on a man Sid.

Len and Bruno owe me I lost £16 thanks to their voting! I was going to go mad in Woolies!

Oh yes I forgot about that!

Mind you, Lisa was a good outside bet at 6/1

And I never say no to a slice of yule log

We could try banging on a few threads to get them to join the festive fun but I'm not sure what welcome we'd get.

Woolies has nothing left so you didn't miss much but I feel your pain.

Hello.

I'm still poorly. I went to visit the doctor today (he was quite cute!) and now I'm joining the party dressed like so:

unflattering joggy bottoms
warm socks
turquoise crocs
black tee shirt
baggy grey hoodie.

Am I glamorous enough?

Maybe I need a hot toddy?

Fair enough. As it's my thread then I guess that's me and you'll have to behave here.

Aww poor you Mama, there's a lotta lurgies going round at the moment. Hope you're feeling heaps better by xmas day

(I could be cynical and suggest you're putting this sickness on just to catch a glimpse of your dishy doc! - but I'm sure it's only me who does that sort of thing!)

Good Evening Mamaboogie.

Sorry you're still ill. Coughs and colds are so miserable and endless.

Anyway your ensemble sounds interesting but is very acceptable for this party! Perhaps you should copy Lady Boz and add a pearl choker to finish it off.

PS. As you are so ill, perhaps you should bring your doctor next time you visit.

Don't judge everyone by your own standards Sid!

I'll try the pearls - although, under my comfy ensemble I am wearing a diamond encrusted G-string - does that count?
