Good luck with that katie. I feel very smug because I've done all mine and just been and collected the turkey from the local butchers at 7.30 this morning - and I had to queue!!!!
The queue for turkeys in Waitrose was manic, had to wait 25 minutes in line and the queue caused a complete gridlock across the shop.
Still, it's done now!

We started to defrost our turkey and when I decided to take off the packaging and check it last night it had green spots on it
. So back to square one and M&S at 8am this morning. I am not enjoying this Christmas so far.

Karen wasn't there on Monday as her son and father have flu .
She made the point that indanc e competions , couples often tied and eth chairman ( in this case Len, had to make the decision . It is common practice and all dancers understand .
She also aid that it is something of a compliment when judges can't separate couples as it means as the standard is so high and so close .

We ordered our goose from Waitrose and it couldn't be collected until today. It wasn't very much fun I have to say!

So in reality then, a common occurence and something that (again) seems to have been blown up out of all proportion (especially concerning the recording of a TV programme)

If only one of the understanding dancers or someone who actually judged competitions and knew this could have had a quiet word in the ear of the BBC production staff then ... say at least couple of weeks ago ...

She only hesitated because Bill mentioned having a LONGER SCD series!
Karen came across very well in that interview. I find her quite annoying when she is competing on SCD, but off SCD she seems lovely.
