Yes, it’s time for the Strictly Come Dancing Awards 2008 results. Over the last 10 days you’ve been voting for your favourite and least favourite in numerous categories - but the question is who won the vote…all I can say is have OFCOM’s number near you just in case. I’ll be giving the top three for each category, but if you want to know how someone/something outside there tallied, just ask.

Probably because people like everyone, and Hayley's the less well known of the three new professionals. I wouldn't be too concerned about that position at the moment. If she remains, I reckn it'll change next year.

It seems that Paso Doble’s will always be remembered from this series - John’s marching, Tom’s face pulling, and this exciting entrant from Austin and Erin which certainly split the audience. Some agreed with Len that there wasn’t enough content (the laugh at the beginning wasn‘t a great sign), and the rest thought it was one of the most entertaining dances ever on Strictly Come Dancing. 1. TOM AND CAMILLA - FREESTYLE: 32 VOTES

Astoundingly, Tom and Camilla’s (yet to be seen) Freestyle trailed Austin and Erin’s Paso Doble by 11 points on the poll yet made up the deficit and overtook it after it was performed. The Chaplin/Astaire mix seemed to go down well in a performance that made almost everyone smile just watching it, and did much to quash questions about their validity to win the competition.
