It was that Rachel's critics would say about her - pretty and technically very good but a bit dull too - when you consider that the two final latin dances of last year, Gethin's waltz, Maren's AT and the very same lovely lady's rhumba got 39 scores and yet were much more memorable it's not really surprising this got rated as being highly over-marked. Over-marked doesn't necessarily mean it was bad just not as wonderful as the judges felt it was.
