I'm unable to send/receive MMS messages on my new Samsung U900, and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to correct it?

I'm on T-Mobile and I called them last night to get them to send me the correct settings, which they did, and I installed them, set them as default, etc. But this still hasn't worked. The guy on the phone said he didn't know what the problem could be if that didn't work so he would need to forward the problem on to a higher department which wasn't open last night, and said to call back today. I plan to do this later on - although I'm wondering what else they can do if the settings don't work? - but in the meantime, I was hoping someone might have an idea.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry if you tried this, but you have activated MMS by sending one?

If you have, what error message do you get?

I don't know whether it's the same thing, but I could'nt send an MMS on t-mobile all Xmas day. I tried different settings, etc., but to no avail. When I changed the settings to log the errors, I discovered it was an authentication problem signing in. I tried again yesterday morning, and it finally worked. However, the recipient of my message has been getting additional copies of it all day! I think something's a bit wrong on t.mobile's end.

Thanks for your replies.

It seems to be working okay now, so I'm wondering whether it took a few hours for the settings to take effect or something. Otherwise, I'll say it was a fault with T-Mobile, lol
