Series 1.

still no votes for S6! And it only finished a week ago!
Its funny how the season with the highest ratings is the one none of us liked best.

I think the show probably reached its peak at series 5, mainly due to the wonderful Alesha.

The following series always had a really tough task following it.

Difficult. One was short on competition and had a hopeless finalist. Three ended in a journey story winning whilst one of the best dancers imploded in the showdance and the other was third. Four saw the same journey story winning with the real competition knocked out before the final. Five got it most right but theres Gethingate and Gaby and Kelly not there to provide Alesha's competion. Six was a bit limp and ended as just another male beauty pageant.

Two probably wins as a true competition. Three wins on dancing skill. Five wins on entertainment.

Five But 6 and 4 would come equally close seconds for me... Mark, Louisa and Rachel just lit up those seasons and made them a genuine joy to watch.

Series Five, Di Angelo, Flavia, Gethin, Alesha......................fantastic, nobody can beat that chemistry...................just magic

2 and 3 for sure.

It has to be series 5 and the wonderful Alesha and Matthew for me.

I voted three, but it was a close thing between that and series two for me. Series three just wins because it was the first year I got to go and see it LOL. I did adore series two because of Julian&Erin though.

Series 4 for me.

No competition.

Series 5 was the best with Matthew and Alesha the most watched show ever

2 and 4. But 2 first because of Jill and Darren, loved Aled and Lilia and Julian and Erin

Three for me

A lot to do with who danced each year, but I thought three had a nice balance of good dancers, journey, competition and fun.

series 5 loved amazing Alesha and wonderful Matthew.

Then Series 1
Then series 6.....this year winner aside has been throughly unpleasent.

As a fan of ballroom and latin, I have enjoyed every series, but none can beat last year, series 5, made all the more enjoyable because of A&M's beautiful partnership.

Series 5 was the first one I got hooked on. The celebs then were far more entertaining than this years. Alesha, Gethin, Kenny, Letitia...and my favourite Matt DA.

Series 1. The original and best!!

I didnt watch that series either. Would love if if the bbc played back all the series of SCD coz i didnt watch much of scd 2 either.

easily series one ... everything was fresh and there was no expectancies
other than that i loved this last series

Same for me. i.e. voted for 3 although I enjoyed 2.
