I am really getting pissed off wth this now. I am on Orange and I have experienced problems for the last few weeks. If I'm honest when I look back, people have accused me of switching my phone off over the last few months now, and saying If I don't want to talk to them, why don't I just say so?!!.

My own Mother has gone ballistic with me three times now just lately as she has given me missed calls as we usually do when she is outside. She banged on my door furious saying she had been sat outside waiting and if I didn't want to know, at least stop turning my phone off and avioding her!

I was sat ready and waiting for her on the last occasion, wondering what had happened and where she was.

I have tried to phone Orange but all I get is No Network Coverage, which is what I have had for the last couple of months on & off when I think about it.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I would take your phone to the nearest Orange shop if l was you or ring them up on a landline.

They will probably ask you if it work in another area, etc. So be prepared to jump through hoops

You missed out the most important bit - the area in which you are having the problem?

When you say "no coverage" do you mean no coverage anywhere, or just at your home location.

have you tried switching your phone to GSM only (if supported).

Orange will ask you if you have tried in another postcode area - have you?

Do you know anyone else on Orange who is having the same problem?

If there is a problem with a mast down or a degraded service there isn't a lot you can do until it gets sorted out unfortunately.

Your Mum will have to get out of the car and knock on your door
