Does anyone at all have this working?

Using the N95 I had the full orange tv service working including Sky packs, it was a very handy feature.

However, after upgrading to the N96 I just can't get it to work and I don't understand why. Surely with the phone just being an upgrade on the N95 it should work, they both use realplayer. Whenever I try it realplayer opens and a message comes up saying 'unable to play media clip'

At different times from Orange I've been told the N96 does and doesn't support this feature. I've been into the Orange shop and tried using it on other phones, all of which work, using other sim's in my phone which doesn't work, using other N96s which also doesn't work.

It does seem as though the N96 doesn't support this service but as I said above, I really cannot understand why?? I also can't find anything at all online about this problem
