Not sure you can get Cranford from the car, where does the "cran" come from?

Does the flag on the church represent anything?

But then again, why would they use a Ford?

im guessing its got some sort of spoiler on it, for the Christmas TV soaps, or even Doctor Who, like what happened with the "Who is heathers babies daddy?" storyline on EE.

Can anyone help with a couple of clues from the quiz that have been bugging me? They are J. Jones and the ghosts in the air.

Thanks, I don't watch either of those so it would have taken a while to figure them out (if at all). I thought the three ghosts might have been A Christmas Carol but I reckon you're right.

I can't believe how ordinary looking the BBC schedules are from Saturday 2nd January onwards. I know the BBC is showing World Darts from the Saturday, but you'd have thought they would show more films. The only daytime film the BBC is showing is 'Spirited Away' on BBC Two at 2pm and that's our lot

ITV1 and Channel 4 on the other hand are making a far greater effort with films and specials scheduled.

Spoiler
Beckindale is the name of the village (or used to be) where Emmerdale is based. The floating "cheque" is actually a receipt or The Bill.

The astronomical dog sign is also puzzling me!
