It's a shame, but I can't say I blame her. Wishing her good luck for the future and a fresh start.

That's a shame, but I'm glad it's her decision, and she left on the highest possible note.

Im quite glad i have never been able to stick her and everyone knows she only won the final due to the voting farce.

I'm afraid this news is likely to be true, this interview does look real and the picture at the top looks like it was taken from the interview.

She won the final because her and Tom received the most public votes ...

I don't think she will be the only one to go of their own acord either

Why do I get the feeling that Erin won't be back either?

I am happy to see that is was Camilla's own decision, but I am absoloutely devestated at Camilla's departure.

She has always been my favourite professional since the first season .

When she has her hair done properly, Camilla is super hot.

Camilla!

I hope that they let her come back for Xmas Specials and stuff.

It wont be the same without Camilla.

But at least she went out on a high...

As my least favourite pro dancer i can't say i'm sorry to see her go but i will be sad if Ian decides to leave too.

At least her fans know thats shes leaving on a high as champion (and deservedly so imo after the loss of Austin)

Best of luck to Camilla I have really enjoyed watching her and liked her very much. Perfect timing I would say, she probably was due a dud next season anyway.

This is sad news.

Camilla was never my favourite dancer or choreographer, but she seems a warm, likeable person and she will at least be remembered for one of Strictly's best ever dances, Tom's showdance.

I'd quite like to see her come back as a judge, though I don't know if that's likely to happen. Rather Camilla than Arlene any day of the week.

I hope this doesn't mean Ian will be leaving too.

I'm sorry she's going. I do hope this doesn't mean that Ian will be going as well

Bye Bye ,
Don't blame her for leaving on a high
But Ian please don't leave us high and dry
She says quite fretful with a long drawn out sigh!

I will be glad to see her go if it's true as she's never been my favourite pro. However I'm especially glad that it seems to have been her decision and she wasn't pushed. Do hope Ian stays.
