Hayley Holt is taller than Camilla -- I think Ian should be paired with her and Brendan sent back to Karen

Ooooh it just occurred to me that they'll need a tall girl more than ever with Camilla leaving so I think Hayley will be back for sure -- or they'll have to find another statuesque pro.

Why do I get the feeling that Erin won't be back either?”

After hearing about Camilla, I now too am waiting to hear the same about Erin, I figure its best to prepare myself now . I hope that news doesnt ever come though.

I wish Camilla wasnt going, she was an original and it wont be the same SCD without her. I really like her, I always have done I just can never take to her celebrity partners.

Good luck to Camilla and very wise to finish after winning the title. No doubt she would have been partnered with a no-hoper next season like Karen.
I don't know why people are getting upset about Ian. Ian is his own person and Camilla leaving will not affect him as he will just get another partner.

She was never my favorite, but good luck to her, Why would Ian leave, Camilla leaving has nothing to do with him, SCD will partner him with someone else

I have a feeling Strictly 7 is going to be unrecognisable. No Erin, no, Karen, no Camilla and rumour has it no Jordan's? I'd only be watching for the Cutler and the Du Beke!

Although, favourite bit of that interview .... "I remember when Brendan kissed Natasha good luck as the opening credits played ..." Get in thereee! Haha! Come on, Tash, the ball's in your court now!

Good luck to Camilla. Im sad to see her go, but atleast glad that its her decision and that she wasnt sacked by the BBC, and also glad that atleast she's leaving on a high!

Also, its a good thing she had the guts to speak out about the judges and saying that they went too far with all their comments and that they should be stripped of their voting powers.

Well done Camilla!

Is it official Erin and Karen are also leaving?

Camilla's always been one of my favourite pros and Erin IS my actual favourite so if she goes too i'll be utterly gutted!

If she has just confirmed it - good, I will not be sorry to see her go. (Please stay, Ian, though)

And after criticising the show she now wants to be on the judging panel????

Don't forget, Camilla, far from almost wrecking your chances, the voting fiasco you are criticising actually gave you the glitterball.

I'd not heard that one, has it been in the papers? Personally I don't think the Jordans add all that much to the show so I wouldn't miss them.

I'm glad for Camilla that if she's leaving it's her own decision, she's not one of my favourites so I wouldn't miss her personally, hope her fans aren't too disappointed though.

Though I'm not a fan of conspiracy theories I did wonder whether Erin and Camilla had been given, in the BBC's eyes, the two strongest Series 6 contenders to partner as a "thank you and goodbye" present. Though never my favourite dancer, she always came across as a nice person who worked well with not always the most promising material. Her Mein Herr dance with James Martin remains in my memory several years on. Nothing lasts for ever. but it's safe to say she will be missed.

Although she wasn't my favourite, I am sad to see any of the pro's go. However, am very glad that it was her own decision, on her own terms and on a high!

Good luck for the future Camilla, you'll be missed!

That's my point Katie. I like them but they haven't really given anything to the show, hense why I think they're likely to be axed.

Have a feeling from that interview on SFTW that Camilla has a lot of other dreams she wants to fulfill and her career now lies away from dancing.

Oh, I was kind of hoping there was a rumour in the press or something, how horrible of me

I actually think they're safe because the producers seem to love them, it's just the audience who aren't really taken!

Who are you talking about?

I hope that if the pro's start to drop out the show of their own accord the BBC do not automatically seek to replace them. Drop the number back to 14. Or even 12.

Personally, I hope Karen and Erin stay one more year. Like them or not they both bring something unique to the show, and that's what Strictly needs.

I wouldn't particularly like to see them drop anybody, but they will at the very least have to drop one male or add one female dancer to even up the numbers.

I think it's a good time for Camilla to go from her point of view. Hope that doesn't mean Ian will go too.
