The Roxanne vs. Gemma business? It does seem a little cruel, as though they are trying to turn the readers against Gemma .

I haven't read anything but I saw some interviews of both Roxanne and Gemma and they both seem like nice girls.

I think Roxanne isn't as confident as Gemma is.

I think if Natalie had been given a few more weeks, we'd have seen a very elegant skater. I remember these forums last year - for some reason voters seemed to think she was a desperate publicity seeker. I just couldn't see that - I thought she had a great personality - with the ability to laugh at herself.

Natalie had the right personality for DOI; enthusiastic, determind, fun . She was elegant to begin with, and I think the reason she struggled in Week 2, was because of the lift her and Andrei did.

To be honest, I didn't know Natalie before the season had begun, but I loved her after the first week .

To be honest though she would never have won would she, I mean Suzanne was sooooo much better than anyone else in the comp - yes even Chris (arrogant - I will skate by myself most of the time) Fountain.

If Zaraah was the second best female she was outskated by Suzanne every time.

Agreed - I was a huge Suzanne fan. She and Matt took my breath away in the final.

That & they've also made a point about Gemma saying that Jessica is her rival too..I just think they're trying to make her look like the characters shes played & its not fair

FFS can any of you be grown up enough to like suzanne & NOT slag off Chris for once? Its the new series just forget about it.

I think she said she felt Jessica was her main competition so again the press blow it all up.

BTW I have no idea of anyone Gemma has played so it'll be interesting to see her relationship with Andrei pans out.

As I said earlier, the only time I've come across Gemma was when she was dancing with Darren Gough doing an American Smooth in Sport Relief does Strictly Come Dancing. It was filmed in 2007 and aired during Sport Relief in 2008 and she seemed very focussed and managed to dance well with Darren (although they didn't win!).

Hopefully her partnership with Andrei will be as good - at least she got used to being lifted up by a strong man when dancing with Darren lol.

Indeed . It's a shame they didn't win. She had such a great attitude towards the special.

Agreed . Gemma is a lovely woman, and has such a loveable personality .
