Neither are "best", they do different things. What do you want out of a phone?

I agree... it depends what you want out of a phone. I had always wanted an iphone but decided a blackberry would best suit my needs. And now I have one I know I made the right decision

If it's email you want, then blackberry.

If it's internet, music and cool apps, then iPhone.

(and yes, I know Blackberry has apps too, but iPhone does them better generally)

I have both Blackberry (work) and iPhone (personal) and find the email on the iPhone much better. Ok, so it isn't true "push" but mine is set to check every 15mins or whenever I open the email page - quick enough for me. The main winner for me is that the iPhone displays in full html so you get all the pics and stuff - my work Blackberry just shows all the coding and you have to scroll way down to see the text content of the message.
